adventures in solitude

lately my new blog title is feeling like a little more than just a title of a song and a lot more like my life. lately i have barely seen any of my friends, from school or dance. and yet i feel great. in high school there was this need to have lots of friends, have a huge group of friends, but now it doesn't matter. now i am content with my family and my small handful of close friends. and i think i am happier because no longer am i surrounding myself with people who bring me down, or people who annoy me, or people who just don't matter. instead i am spending my precious free time with people who make me feel good. i love you guys so much, you know who you are! xo
