Ingredients
7 to 8 tbsp Green Curry Paste
2 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 cup button mushrooms (khumbh)
1/2 cup green peas
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup capsicum cubed
1 cup sliced baby corn
1 cup paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Method
Tips
- Parboil the mushrooms, peas, cauliflower, capsicum and baby corn.
- Deep fry the paneer, Drain and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in awok, add the gren curry paste and fry for 2 minutes. Add the coconut milk.
- Add the vegetables, paneer, sugar and salt and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
Tips
- You can use any vegetables of your choice.
